Fernando Saldivia, a native Houstonian, began his career in the oil and gas industry working in various financial, accounting and auditing roles until 2010. He then shifted into multifamily real estate, where he held corporate management positions for several investment/property management companies.
Over the years as an entrepreneur, Fernando founded a successful real estate bookkeeping practice, which still operates and a SaaS company serving real estate investors with assets over $100 million in value. After bringing his extensive business and entrepreneurial background to the business brokerage industry, Fernando was recognized as one of the top business brokers for a leading business brokerage firm in the Texas market.
Fernando holds a Finance degree from the University of Houston and a licensed real estate agent. His hands-on experience in owning and operating his own businesses gives him the ability to relate with buyers and sellers and to communicate in a language they understand. Fluent in Spanish.
